Welcome to Massage By Indya. By scheduling or receiving massage therapy services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are intended to create a safe, respectful, and professional experience for all clients.

Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, text message, or other approved booking methods.

A valid payment method may be required to reserve your appointment.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session to receive the full benefit of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.

To reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, please call or email us.

Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.

If you are running late, your session time may be shortened in order to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. Full service fees may still apply.

Massage By Indya understands that emergencies and unexpected situations may happen and reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Health & Medical Conditions

Clients are responsible for informing Massage By Indya of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, allergies, medications, or other health concerns that may affect treatment.

Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed physician or healthcare provider.

Clients should consult with their physician before receiving massage therapy if they are pregnant, under medical care, recovering from surgery, or have serious medical conditions.

Massage By Indya reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if massage therapy is determined to be unsafe or inappropriate for a client’s condition.

Scope of Practice

Massage therapy services provided by Massage By Indya are intended for relaxation, stress reduction, muscle tension relief, and general wellness purposes only.

Massage therapists do not diagnose illnesses, prescribe medications, or perform medical treatment.

Professional Boundaries & Client Conduct

Massage By Indya maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times.

Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, sexual comments, advances, or misconduct will result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services. Full payment for the scheduled appointment may still apply.

Clients are expected to treat staff, property, and the business environment respectfully.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards, or approved digital payment methods (Venmo, etc).

Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

Massage therapy services are non-refundable once services have been provided.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact Massage By Indya directly so concerns may be addressed appropriately.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during appointments. Massage By Indya is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Minors

Clients under the age of 18 may require parental or legal guardian consent before receiving massage therapy services. A parent or guardian may be required to be present during the session.

Right to Refuse Service

Massage By Indya reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, intoxication, illness, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms of Service.

Privacy

Client information and health details provided during appointments will be kept private and used only for providing safe and effective massage services, except where disclosure is required by law.

Changes to These Terms

Massage By Indya reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
